Q: How do I clean my diaper bag?
A: Since each bag is designed with our signature water and stain resistant fabrics, your diaper bag can be spot cleaned with warm water and lay flat to dry. Please do not place these items in the dryer. Note: Our newly revised bags are machine wash on gentle cycle – lay flat to dry. If you are uncertain if your bag is newly revised, please feel free to contact us directly.

Q: How do I clean my changing pad?
A: Your changing pad can be machine washed on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry.

Q: How do I clean my car seat cover?
A: Your car seat cover can be machine washed on gentle cycle and lay flat to dry. Please do not place the car seat covers in the dryer.

Q: May I request information to find out blemishes on a certain product?
Unfortunately due to the constantly changing inventory located on the Bumble Factory Outlet we will not be able to provide the details of the blemish.

Q: What is the return policy?
A: Items purchased through this site are all final sale and nonrefundable.

Q: What is slightly flawed or discontinued?
A: Slightly flawed products are blemishes such as and not limited too: tags sewn in the wrong place, minor stains, missing changing pads, minor hardware defects i.e scratches. None of the flaws would affect the basic overall functionality of the item. Discontinued items are items that are no longer available and no longer in production.
